Community Caregiver Workshops

The Community Caregivers Workshops (CCW) are currently under revision. If you are interested in ACGA programs, please check out COMPASS or the Community Caregiver Groups.

The Community Caregivers Workshops focus on the practical information that caregivers need to deal with issues now and plan for the future. The 7 module workshop aims to educate and promote discussion about common challenges that caregivers face in order to help them make choices for themselves and their families.

Here is what some past participants have said about Community Caregiver Workshops:

"I like the personal examples given by the facilitator. It increased my knowledge of community resources and made me realize there really is help out there. I appreciate the opportunity to learn in a safe environment."
"The dialogue was realistic and gave me the opportunity to explore strategies on how to manage my caregiving role."
